Angola, Estonia Forge Digital Sector Agreement

Angola and Estonia have inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to advance cooperation in the digital sector.

The agreement was signed in Luanda on March 8 by President João Lourenço during the official visit of his Estonian counterpart President Alar Karis.

As part of the agreement, Estonian digital entrepreneurs will collaborate with Angolan stakeholders to share their expertise.

President Karis’s visit, at the invitation of President Lourenço, signifies a deepening of bilateral ties between the two countries established in 1991 and a step towards mutual growth and cooperation.
