Development finance institution the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) of South Africa has approved a $14 million debt facility for the construction of the Cabinda Phosphate project in Angola.

Operations Start at AGL Lobito Terminal in Angola

Supply chain and logistics company Africa Global Logistics (AGL) has started operations at the container and multipurpose terminal located at Angola’s Port of Lobito. Dubbed the AGL Lobito Terminal, the facility has a capacity to handle upwards of one million tons of bulk goods as well as 100,000 TEU containers annually.
